The Indiana State baseball team opened its season with a 10-3 victory over Manhattan as part of the Puerto Rico Challenge on Friday.
Greencastle senior Nick Sutherlin led the Sycamores with three hits and three runs batted in, including a home run, while Caden Miller posted three hits, two runs and an RBI. Jorge Cartegena added a hit, two RBIs and a run scored and Jeremy Martinez drew four walks and scored one run.
