The opening weekend of college baseball picked up right where it left off, as there was plenty of enjoyable chaos.

This week’s USA TODAY Network Super 16 went a combined 41-5.  LSU maintained the top spot as the Tigers swept Milwaukee. Arkansas picked up notable wins against Oklahoma State and Texas Tech, while TCU defeated Arkansas and Vanderbilt but fell to Oklahoma. Oregon State also picked up victories against Arizona and Sanford.

Three teams fell out of the rankings, which were No. 10 Louisville, No. 15 Florida and No. 16 Georgia. Joining the rankings for the first time this season were Clemson, NC State and Kentucky.

Next weekend will features a top 10 matchup as UCLA hosts TCU. Notable tournaments to watch this week Amegy Bank College Baseball series will feature Auburn, Florida State, Kansas State, Louisville, Michigan and Nebraska. The Round Rock Classic will have matchups with Baylor, Southern Miss, Oregon State and Purdue.
