Bazanna is a 23-year old second baseman in the Cleveland Guardians’ organization.

He was born in Sydney in New South Wales, Australia.
He also played a lot of cricket growing up.
When was Travis Bazzana drafted?
Travis Bazzana was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft by the Cleveland Guardians.
It was the first-ever No. 1 pick the Guardians ever had, and they used it on the 2024 Pac-12 Player of the Year.
Bazzana was a college star at Oregon State University.

Has Travis Bazzana made his MLB debut?
No, Bazzana enters the 2026 WBC still awaiting his major league debut.
He made it up to Triple-A Columbus for 26 games during the 2025 season.
In 2025 across multiple minor league levels, Bazzana batted .245 with an .813 OPS. He hit 17 doubles, five triples, nine home runs and 12 steals.
