Spring training is roughly halfway through, and as the Brewers do every year, they’ve dropped a variety of new food options at American Family Field for 2026, highlighted by a new “Fair Foods” stand.

Announced early last week, the full lineup of new food items includes the Fair Foods stand, an expansion to the 3rd Street Market Hall Annex in right field, an expansion to The Alley Food Truck Park in left field, and new concession items across the stadium.

The Fair Foods stand will feature Wisconsin State Fair favorites, including deep-fried kringle, corn dogs, and cream puffs, as well as new creations like nachos on a stick.

The 3rd Street Market Hall Annex adds two new spots, anchored by the local Bebe Zito. Bebe Zito joins the lineup with chicken sandwiches, tenders, and fries, as well as their signature “chicken ice cream,” a sweet Carmelia chocolate core surrounded by butterscotch and caramelized corn flakes in the shape of a chicken drumstick. A new Bebe Zito sweets stand will also feature ice cream, dirty sodas, chocolate-dipped treats from Drip Chocolate, and self-serve candy selections from Can-D Shop.

The Alley Food Truck park adds K&L’s BBQ, which will feature pulled pork and brisket sandwiches, brisket burgers, and pulled pork and brisket loaded fries.

Other new concession items around the stadium include cheese steaks (Field Level kiosk), the Sticky Maple Chicken Sandwich (Chicken stands), and the new Al Pastor Topped Dog (Topped Dog stands).

Check out some of the photos of the new fare below, and be sure to try them out when you watch the Brewers this season.
