Here is my best projection of every Washington Nationals starting rotation from Double-A Harrisburg to Triple-A Rochester to the Washington Nationals.
Double-A Harrisburg Senators:
1. Alex Clemmey
2. Andry Lara
3. Jackson Kent
4. Eriq Swan
Triple-A Rochester Red Wings:
1. Jake Eder
2. Josiah Gray
Washington Nationals:
1. Cade Cavalli
2. Jake Irvin
3. Zack Littell
Not sure where the likes of Shinnosuke Ogasawara, Seth Shuman, or Kyle Luckham fit in at this moment. Also, assuming Luis Perales and Ken Waldichuk are relievers, but…who knows? Andry Lara might be a reliever. Swan and/or Garcia could start the year back at High-A too.
Obviously, there are a lot of moving parts here, and the Nats’ management group has to decide on several players as well as their roles. Perales is seen as a starter, but he is also on an innings limit.
This is a listing as of today, and we will get more clues before Opening Day.
