MILWAUKEE— The Milwaukee Brewers are expanding the game day experience with a lineup of new food and beverage options at American Family Field ahead of the 2026 season.
New venders will be featured at both The Alley Food Truck Park and the 3rd Street Market Hall Annex, along with the addition of a new Fair Foods stand bringing classic ballpark staples to fans.
Brewers Vice President of Consumer Experience Tom Hecht says the goal is to continue evolving what fans can expect when they come to the ballpark.

“I try to really look at it like I’m a fan, you know, and what would I like to have at the ballpark?” Hecht said. “We really did elevate things like our burgers and our hot dogs, the top dogs and the sausages, and really making sure we’re offering a great product there and then bringing in the local flair, I think just expands it.”
Hecht says expanding food options is part of a broader effort to enhance the overall fan experience, giving fans more reasons to arrive early and stay longer beyond just the game itself.
The new lineup includes a mix of local vendors and creative menu items designed to appeal to a wide range of tastes– from quick, grab-and go bites to more unique offerings.
One of the new vendors, Drip Chocolate, says being a part of the Brewers’ lineup is a big opportunity to connect with fans. Greg Kieckbusch and Jada Baake say they are extremely excited to be apart of something so big, while only being in business for about a year now.
“The idea of getting into the stadium and watching Brewers games for the rest of the summer has usecstatic, man,” Greg said. “We’ve only been in business about one year, and we’re super excited to already be in something like this. Just being here, looking around the stadium when nobody’s here, man, it just seems like it’s going to be a great summer.”
Lauren with K&L Barbeque is also excited for the opportunity, and ready to bring in the new food tastes for the ballpark.
“I would say that the top two would be definitely the smoked brisket burger,” Lauren said. “That’s our fan favorite as a whole. We’re always having people asking us, when are you having the burgers again? So we’ve decided to do that as our permanent menu here, as well as we’re doing a loaded fry with either brisket or pulled pork.”
Darnell with Can-D Shop says that fans are top priority for their area, as they look to create good memories for fans across the ballpark.

“It’s like your old school nostalgic type candy, self serve, kind of pick your pleasures,” Darnell said. “So I’m very excited for here. We’re going to have over 20 different types of candies and gravity tubes and then another 15 different types of pre packed, chewy candy. So super excited.”
Back at the ballpark, fans will be able to find these new options throughout key areas, including outdoor gathering spaces and high-traffic food hubs.
Hecht says the additions are meant to reflect both local flavor and evolving food trends, while still keeping classic ballpark favorites front and center.
The new food and beverage offerings will roll out as the Brewers begin the 2026 season, giving fans plenty of new options to try on their next trip to American Family Field. Opening day is Thursday, March 26, at 2:10 against the Chicago White Sox.
