EMMITSBURG, Md. — Anthony Paskell, Kyle Neri and Charley Magoulic all homered and the Rider baseball team completed a three-game sweep of Mount St. Mary’s with a 10-5 victory on Sunday afternoon.

Paskell went yard for the third straight day when he pulled a three-run shot over the left-center field fence in the third inning.

The Broncs (12-5, 8-1) won their sixth straight game and finished the series with 28 runs over the three games.

Paskell, the senior center fielder, was the star of the series with his three longballs, including a grand slam that broke open the first game. In total, he went 5-for-14 with 12 RBI.

Clayton Poliey allowed two runs on six hits over five innings to pick up the win.

Cornell 6, Princeton 3

PRINCETON — Luke Johnson scored the go-ahead run on a wild pitch in the eighth inning after Jake Hower had led off the frame with a game-tying solo homer and the Big Red (3-13, 1-2) prevented the Tigers (7-12, 2-1) from a three-game sweep.

Princeton was trying to sweep the opening Ivy League series for a second straight season and led, 3-2, after Jake Kernodle homered in the fourth.

Caden Wildman’s two-run shot in the ninth provided Cornell a pair of insurance runs.

ITHACA, N.Y. — Karis Ford homered, Julieta Roa knocked in a pair of runs and the Tigers (13-9, 3-0) swept the Big Red (7-11, 2-4) thanks to a run-rule and second straight shutout. Reece Uehera worked the full five innings and allowed just two hits to improve her record to 6-1 on the year.
