There have been over 25,000 days of games in MLB history.

Today is the only one where three different players homered in their MLB debuts, Carson Benge, Munetaka Murakami, J.J. Wetherholt.

And this tweet came before the technical Major League debut of one Chase DeLauter of the Cleveland Guardians, who did make his Major League debut in the postseason last year, but his first regular season game last night in Seattle, he hits two home runs.

So we have a lot of rookies raking to get to.

Let’s begin with Kevin McGonigal, who did not homer, but I do think he’s the right place to start.

But before we get to K-Mac, where do you want, what do you want to say?

I would just like to read the slash line again.

The one that I tweeted out was before DeLauter homered twice.

Okay.

So this is according to True Media.

Shouts out.

You can sort by rookies.

I’ve done that.

Yesterday, rookies slashed 465-510-907 for a 14-17 OPS.

Okay.

They went 20 for 43 with four doubles and five home runs.

Those five home runs belonging to Murakami, Carson Benge, J.J. Wetherholt, and then two from Chase DeLauter.

Only one rookie went hitless yesterday.

And that was Moises Ballesteros, Chicago Cubs.

Besides that, every single rookie got a knock on opening day.
