The 2026 Division 2 baseball season has hit its peak. While teams are battling on the diamond each week, their efforts don’t go unnoticed with a spot in the Top-25.
With the post-season close enough to taste, these D2 teams all have one goal in mind: get back to Cary, NC.

Pitt State is 26-3 overall on the 2026 season and 15-3 in conference play. Tampa locks down the second spot with a 22-4 season record while Colorado Mesa rounds out the Top-3 with a 26-3 record.
Here is how the rest of the Top-25 teams stack up in this week’s NCBWA poll.
