Editor’s note: We had some overnight internet issues, so we’re doing the shorter weekend format today. Thanks for understanding!
Major League Baseball’s Opening Day weekend series have all come to an end, and the Yankees were one of just five teams to kick off the season with a sweep, joining the Blue Jays (sure), Dodgers (no duh), Brewers (yup), and … the Marlins (yes, they played the Rockies but still: weird!). The Mariners had to settle for a four-game home split with the Guardians, but the defending AL West champions are a very good ballclub and offer an excellent early-season road challenge for the Yanks. It begins late tonight with Ryan Weathers in his Yankees debut.

Questions/Prompts:
1. Jake asked a similar question yesterday, but for today, how about a straight pitching line prediction for Ryan Weathers?
2. Bask in the ridiculous Duke/UConn ending below and discuss. That shot by Braylon Mullins is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
