Fans heading to Coors Field in Denver this season can expect more than baseball. The Colorado Rockies are rolling out a lineup of new food offerings ahead of Opening Day, featuring everything from oversized hot dogs to inventive twists on classic ballpark staples.

Executive Chef Billy Sims is leading the latest menu, introducing dishes designed to elevate the fan experience while keeping the spirit of ballpark comfort food intact.

Among the highlights is Birdcall at the Right Field Mezzanine, a Denver craft chicken concept serving signature sandwiches, tenders, nuggets and tots at the Birdcall deck.

Cheesesteak lovers can find a new option at Section 134 with Wit Love, offering shaved ribeye topped with Cooper sharp cheese and caramelized onions on an Amoroso roll. This could be an item to go after at the home opener as the Rockies host the Phillies.

Mac and cheese also gets a dedicated spotlight at Mac On Deck in Section 115. The stand features five different versions of mac and cheese, including a loaded version with bacon and blue cheese crumbles, a veggie option with mozzarella and green onion, and a buffalo chicken mac topped with blue cheese.

At The SandLot Brewery, fans can pair their food with a unique offering — the ballpark brewery’s award-winning Key Lime Pie in the Sky beer, a Great American Beer Festival gold medal winner.

Several new items are also debuting around the ballpark, leaning into over the top presentations and shareable experiences. The 9-9-9 challenge in Section 139 invites fans to tackle nine slider hot dogs paired with nine 4-ounce beer pours across 9 innings.

For those with bigger appetites, the “Glizzilla” dog in Section 157 features a 23-inch all-beef hot dog served on a 19-inch sub roll.

The SandLot Smokehouse introduces the Mamalona, a layered dish built on a red chile tortilla with BBQ brisket, pork belly, fresh avocado, and it also features a hot Cheetos dusted pork belly.

Meanwhile, Section 109 offers a “Pizza Donut,” which seems to be a fan favorite. The item combines a plain donut base with garlic butter, cheeses, pepperoni, marinara and Italian seasoning.

The new menu reflects a broader trend in stadium dining, where teams are looking into unique and locally inspired food items, while also enhancing the overall game day experience.Â
