On Friday evening, the New York Mets are playing the second game of their series against the San Francisco Giants (in California).
The Mets are coming off a 7-2 loss (on Thursday).
Juan Soto’s Injury Status In Mets-Giants Game
During the first inning of Friday’s showdown, Mets superstar Juan Soto left the game with an injury.
Anthony DiComo of MLB.com wrote: “News: Juan Soto has exited tonight’s Mets game in the first inning. More to come.”

Soto is in the middle of his second season playing for the Mets.
He came into the night batting .333 with one home run, five RBI’s and three runs in the first seven games of the season.
