Two days after he was acquired in a trade with the San Francisco Giants and optioned to Triple-A Buffalo, Fitzgerald has a locker in the Blue Jays’ home clubhouse, according to multiple reports April 6.
The Blue Jays host the Los Angeles Dodgers later in the day, the first of a three-game World Series rematch.
According to multiple reports April 6, the Blue Jays also have a locker for pitcher Josh Fleming. The left-handed reliever, whom the Blue Jays signed to a minor league contract in February, hasn’t pitched in an MLB game since 2024.
