NEW YORK – It’s a drizzly morning in the Bronx, with the tarp on the field Sunday, before the finale of a three-game set between the Royals and Yankees at the Stadium.

According to the Yankees, gates will open to ticketed fans at noon.

Per the Yankees: As of 10:25 a.m., please be advised we do not anticipate to start today’s (1:35 p.m.) game on time due to the current forecast of inclement weather.”

Trying for a sweep, the Yankees are scheduled to send Ryan Weathers (0-2, 4.29 ERA) to the mound against fellow lefty Cole Ragans (0-3, 3.78).
