For the second straight year, Idaho high school baseball teams will need to navigate a regional round before qualifying for the state tournament.

The Idaho High School Activities Association released the seeds, brackets and schedules for the regionals Sunday. Follow the links below for the matchups in each classification and to see what your favorite needs to do to make it to state.

The second-year format allows more teams the opportunity to qualify for a four-team state tournament.

Teams can qualify for regionals via their district tournament, or they can receive an at-large berth via their MaxPreps.com ranking. Those rankings are also used to seed the regional tournaments.

Exact formats vary by classification. But teams must win their regional tournament to advance to the state tournament.

You can find more information on the regional and state tournament process in the IHSAA tournament manual.
