So he’s on pace for eight home runs in the course of a full season.
And I think for anyone familiar with Vlad Guerrero Jr. and what he can do, the idea that he would be healthy and on pace for eight home runs in June is, like, a shocking thing.
And he’s clearly capable of more.
He knows he’s capable of more.
We’ve seen this for a month now, where he continues to expand.
The quality of at-bat has not been good for Vlad Guerrero Jr. this season.
Then you match that with George Springer, who’s been playing on a broken toe and just hasn’t looked like himself for There’s been a week or, you know, stretches of maybe a week or 10 days where he looks like himself.
But by and large, he hasn’t looked like himself either
