The 2026 DIII baseball tournament championship series is underway between No. 1 Denison and No. 6 Endicott at Classic Auto Group Park in Eastlake, Ohio. The best-of-three series is held Wednesday, June 3 to Thursday, June 4. Denison took Game 1 on Wednesday.

The 64-team championship bracket was revealed during a selection show on Monday, May 11 live streamed on NCAA.com. The tournament features 41 automatic qualifiers and 23 at-large bids.
