Foster Griffin allowed one earned run on two hits and no walks while striking out four over five innings in Friday’s win over the Diamondbacks.

After the win, Griffin now has a 3.63 ERA and 1.10 WHIP to go with an 7-2 record across 13 starts. Griffin continues to struggle with allowing home runs, but pitched well enough to stick around for five innings and collect his seventh win of the season. He is expected to make his next start against the Giants.
