The Stoughton baseball team had a pair of players named to the Badger Small’s second team.
Senior Colyn Kotlowski and sophomore Givon Storkson were both named to the conference’s second team. Kotlowski batted .391 to go along with 16 runs and 11 RBIs. Storkson finished with a .392 batting average with 21 runs, 21 RBIs and 11 stolen bases.
Sophomore Saxton Wiest and junior Jaxson Nielsen were selected as honorable mentions. Wiest pitched 45 innings, racked up 46 strikeouts and finished with a 3.83 ERA. Nielsen batted .283 with 32 runs, 26 walks, 17 RBIs and 15 stolen bases.
Reedsburg senior Winston Alonso was named the conference’s Player of the Year and Sauk Prairie senior Marty Hanna was tabbed as the Pitcher of the Year. Sauk Prairie’s Darin Pape was named Coach of the Year. Pape helped the Eagles win the Badger Small title with a 12-2 conference record.
