Thousands of passionate Scottish soccer fans, known globally as the Tartan Army, brought a raucous World Cup atmosphere to South Florida on Monday ahead of Wednesday’s match against Brazil. The fans flooded Little Havana, packing the historic Ball & Chain bar before marching nearly a mile to LoanDepot Park for the Miami Marlins game against the Texas Rangers.
