PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Phillies have selected the contract of right-hander Lou Trivino from triple-A Lehigh Valley, the team announced prior to Tuesday night’s tilt against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
“Originally selected by the Oakland Athletics in the 11th round of the 2013 MLB Draft, Trivino pitched in 10 games with the Phillies last season after signing with the team as a minor league free agent on Aug. 4, 2025. He has gone 24-27 with a 4.00 ERA (149 ER, 335.1 IP) in 334 major league games (3 starts) with the Athletics (2018-22), New York Yankees (2022), San Francisco Giants (2025), Los Angeles Dodgers (2025), Phillies (2025) and Orioles (2026).”
Trivino has pitched 15.1 innings with the IronPigs this season with a 0.00 ERA.Â
