Usual brief preview for an East coast day game. No indication of any roster move from the D-backs, despite the bullpen having to throw 107 pitches yesterday. I do wonder if it be worth splitting up Drake and Bratt in the rotation when there’s an off-day. Over their eight starts, they are averaging barely four innings per outing (33.2 IP total). Having them pitch back-to-back stresses the bullpen. Anyway, the Diamondbacks seek to tie their season high five-game winning streak, and complete the sweep of Cleveland. At 6-3, a winning road-trip is already guaranteed, so today is very much house money. Still be nice to win though.
