ALTOONA, Pa. – Altoona earned a series split and season series victory over the Chesapeake Baysox with a 4-3 come-from-behind win Sunday night at Peoples Natural Gas Field.
Titus Dumitru drove in three of the Curve’s four runs with his sixth-inning two-RBI single and his ninth-inning game-tying double. It marks his fourth three-RBI game of the season. Jesus Castillo sent Dumitru home to score the game’s winning run with his bases-loaded two-out flare into center field. Castillo notched his 11th multi-hit game with Altoona.
