Here’s the schedule for the 2026-27 College Football Playoff. This season’s bracket will again be made up of 12 teams, the third year the CFP is that size. The bracket, seeds and first round matchups will be revealed on Sunday, Dec. 6.
The CFP first round is set for Friday, Dec. 18 and Sunday, Dec. 19, with four games played at campus sites. The quarterfinals are scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 30 (Fiesta Bowl) and Friday, Jan. 1 (Cotton Bowl, Rose Bowl, Peach Bowl). The semifinals follow on Thursday, Jan. 14 (Orange Bowl) and Friday, Jan. 15 (Sugar Bowl). The national championship will be played in Las Vegas on Monday, Jan. 25.
