Satoshi Miyamori, who will wear the Samsung Lions’ blue uniform, promised his future performance.
Miyamori expressed his feelings about entering the KBO League through Samsung’s official video channel “Lions TV” on the 9th.

Miyamori is a right-handed pitcher with a physique of 193 centimeters and 93 kilograms. In 2022, he joined the Rakuten Golden Eagles of the Japanese Professional Baseball (NPB) as a nurturing player. He made 17 saves in the second division that year, and after his debut in the first division, he recorded 22 consecutive scoreless games. He played for Rakuten from 2022 to 2025 and posted a 2-3 record, 10 holds, one save, and a 5.10 ERA per inning (WHIP) of 1.55 in 69 games in the first team.
This year, he wore the OySix Niigata Albirex uniform, an NPB second-tier team until recently. He went 5-5 with a 4.36 WHIP of 1.44 in 17 games.
Samsung joined hands with Miyamori on the terms of a total of 73,000 dollars, including the transfer fee, after Miyaji Yura, who had previously been in the Asian quarter, was sluggish with a 5.87 ERA with one loss and three holds.
