(Milwaukee, WI) — The Milwaukee Brewers walked off the Minnesota Twins with a 4-3 victory in 10 innings at American Family Field in Wisconsin yesterday. Jake Bauers drove in the game-winning run with an R-B-I single in the bottom of the 10th. Milwaukee has won five of its last six and will visit the San Diego Padres for a three-game series that starts tonight. The 74-44 Brewers have baseball’s best record. Minnesota closer Yoendrys Gomez was charged with the loss after allowing an unearned run on one hit and a walk. The Twins got homers from Kody Clemens and Brooks Lee in the setback. Minnesota has dropped two in a row and will host the Baltimore Orioles for a three-game set that begins tonight at Target Field. The 58-61 Twins are in third place in the A-L Central, four games behind Chicago. They are a game-and-a-half out of the final A-L Wild Card spot.
