(Toronto, Ontario) – The Yankees are in Toronto Friday night to open a three-game weekend series against the Blue Jays.
First pitch is set for 7:15 p.m. Eastern, followed by a 3:07 p.m. game Saturday and a 1:37 p.m. finale Sunday.
The series gives New York another division test in mid-August, with every game carrying extra weight as the American League race tightens.
The Yankees will look to control the opener and avoid playing from behind against a Blue Jays lineup that can turn a game quickly at home.
