ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The Atlanta Braves have been scuffling, but their schedule doesn’t get any easier with the Los Angeles Dodgers coming to town.
The Dodgers (80-51) boast the best record in the NL West, and they’re showing no signs of slowing down as they come to Truist Park to face a Braves (76-55) team that has lost seven of their last 10 games.
Los Angeles has Tyler Glasnow on the mound to oppose Bryce Elder, who is coming off an outing in which he tossed six innings while allowing just one run against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Dodgers outfielder Alex Call drove in a run via single for Los Angeles, tying the game up at three. Mike Yastrzemski also made a cool catch.

The Dodgers tacked on a few runs on RBI singles from Alek Thomas and Hunter Feduccia in the top of the second inning.

Mauricio Dubon, in his first game batting cleanup since July 3 (he’s done so twice this season, drives in Drake Baldwin on a bloop single to right field. Michael Harris II singled in another run moments later, and Ozzie Albies drove in Dubon on a sac-fly.
