They now trail the Braves by just three games in the NL East and vaulted them to the top spot in the Wild Card standings. Arizona has now lost three in a row and remains 0.5 games behind the Padres and the final Wild Card position.
Philadelphia hands the ball to the hard-throwing righthander Andrew Painter (3-8, 5.95 ERA).
