Molly Ingram had an impressive week in the circle for the Starkville Academy Lady Volunteers.
In two games pitched, Ingram gave up one hit, struck out a combined 27 batters and only allowed one walk.
Ingram followed up Tuesday’s no-hitter against Bayou Academy with a one-hitter with 14 strikeouts Thursday night as Starkville Academy defeated the Madison St. Joseph Lady Bruins 8-0 in six innings.
The key to the success in Ingram’s mind is just staying consistent.
