Multiple area baseball standouts earned all-league and all-state honors after the season wrapped up last Friday.

Starting in 4A with state runners-up Rock Creek, pitchers Brock Lubbers and Ryker Zoeller were garnered all-North Central Kansas League honors with senior Cooper Sieben earning honorable mention.

Junior Peter Martinie and senior Donavan Debita earned infield honors while sophomore Wyatt Wells was a honorable mention selection.

Senior utility player and 2024 Spring All-Flint Hills Male Athlete of the Year Drew Becker made the list along with freshman outfielder Jordy Scott.

Lubbers was selected first team all-state by the Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches along with Scott and Becker.

For Wamego, sophomore pitcher Macoy Moody was named all-league along with senior outfielder Kadin Kearn. Junior Isaac Baun, senior Conner Blume and junior Nate Gallagher were honorable mention picks.

In 3A, Eli Harmison was a first team All-Big East League selection, while infielder Brett Hopper and outfielder Sammy Allen were named to the second team.

Hopper, a senior, also earned second team all-state honors at third base.

In the 2-1A, Frankfort, Blue Valley and Valley Heights all earned all-Twin Valley League honors.

Frankfort junior Wes Anderson, senior Carter Olson and senior Ty Smith all earned first team honors along with Blue Valley senior catcher Brayden Innes.

On the second team, Frankfort’s Peyton Adams, Henry Ketter and Lane Loiseau joined senior Cayden Dummermuth from Valley Heights.

Innes was a first team all-state selection, while Olson and Smith made the second team and Loiseau, and Anderson garnered honorable mention.

Wabaunsee’s Caden Frank and Isaac Meyer earned first team all-Flint Hills League honors while honorable mention honors went to Cole Frank.

Softball all-league and all-state honors will be published next week.
