The San Francisco Giants are slated to host the uberpopular Banana Ball at Oracle Park for the first time in 2027.

On Thursday, the Savannah Bananas revealed the Banana Ball 2027 travel schedule during a two-hour show from their Georgia hometown. Banana Ball is made up of six teams who barnstorm across the country, and in 2027, the league will make stops in 79 different stadiums across 34 states and, for the first time, leave the United States for events in Mexico and Canada.

Among the new venues for the first time is Oracle Park in San Francisco. The Indianapolis Clowns are scheduled to face the Party Animals for two games on Friday, July 30, and Saturday, July 31 — when the Giants are in Los Angeles to take on the Dodgers in the second stop of a three-city road trip.

It’s the second time Banana Ball has come to the Bay Area: The previous visit was hosted at San Jose’s Excite Ballpark in 2023. The scale-up from the Single-A stadium to the picturesque MLB ballpark should be a sign of just how popular Banana Ball has continued to be, with a video promoting the 2027 tour saying they are expecting over 4 million fans.

Banana Ball is scheduled to make a total of four stops in California in 2027 and visit the entire National League West: a return at Petco Park in San Diego from April 3-4 and a first trip to Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles from April 23-24, then Angel Stadium in Anaheim July 2 and 3, before coming up to San Francisco. Baseball America reported that, in addition to the Giants and Dodgers, the Blue Jays, Diamondbacks and Rays are hosting Banana Ball for the first time, which leaves the Mets as the only MLB team that has not hosted Banana Ball.

Banana Ball will also be in several popular vacation spots for Californians, highlighted by going to Honolulu for the first time for two days (April 30 and May 1) at the University of Hawaii’s baseball stadium. They’ll also go to Reno June 10 and 11 and return to Las Vegas for three days, March 18-20.

The Giants haven’t publicly posted any acknowledgement of hosting Banana Ball for the first time as of 6 p.m. on Thursday. But those interested in tickets can enter the ticket lottery, which will be open until Oct. 31 at 9 p.m. Pacific.
