WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) – Following overwhelming positive feedback, the Milwaukee Brewers have announced a second run of the highly sought-after trading card prints, distributed by local law enforcement.
The initiative aims to help officers connect with youth through a mutual love of baseball.
“We have received such great feedback from law enforcement as well as fans appreciating the impact the Brewers trading card print program has in the community,” Brewers President of Business Operations Rick Schlesinger said. “This tradition started more than 40 years ago, and we are so pleased to expand the program to help inspire the next generation of baseball fans.”
The second run will be a reprint of the original comic book-inspired cards featuring Christian Yelich, Jackson Chourio, Sal Frelick, William Contreras, Brice Turang and Joey Ortiz. The cards will come in a plastic wrap rather than the original wax wrap.

Law enforcement agencies will receive 1,000 trading card packs to distribute to youth in their communities beginning in June.
