LENOX, Iowa —
A Lenox man has been charged with seven counts of child endangerment after allegedly watching a baseball game on his phone while driving a school van, authorities said.
A report from the Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office said Jesse Cox was transporting seven Diagonal students to a volleyball match last month. He allegedly watched the game during both the two-hour trip there and the drive home.
Cox was arrested Tuesday and bonded out the same day.
