MILWAUKEE — The honors keep coming for the World Series Champion Milwaukee Brewers.

Second baseman Brice Turang and outfielder Jackson Chourio both won Gold Glove Awards Sunday night. Chourio was honored for his work in left field.

Turang led the National League in putouts during the regular season for the third season in a row and led the majors in double plays turned. He ranked second in the majors and first in the National League in defensive runs saved with 23.

This is Turang’s second career Gold Glove win. He won both the Gold Glove and Platinum Glove Awards in 2024. He is the only Brewers second baseman ever to win a Gold Glove.

Chourio won his first career Gold Glove on Sunday, after having knocked on the door for the last two seasons. He had a perfect fielding percentage in left field this season and put up an impressive 13 defensive runs saved, leading all National League left fielders.

Brewers fans won’t just recognize Turang and Chourio on this year’s list of winners. Former Brewer Caleb Durbin became only the second third baseman in Red Sox history to win a Gold Glove after leading all American League third basemen with 13 defensive runs saved.
