BINGHAMTON 5, SOMERSET 2 (BOX)
Making his first start since May 21, Jonathan Pintero looked solid. The offense gave him the lead in the bottom of the first and he ran with it, throwing four scoreless innings. The Rumble Ponies extended their lead in the bottom of the fourth with three more runs, while Luis Moreno picked up where Pintaro left off and continued putting up zero after zero. Douglas Orellana ended up allowing a pair of runs, but they were the only ones the Patriots managed. With their winning streak ended on Friday night, hopefully this win marks the beginning of another.

BROOKLYN 6, WILMINGTON 3 (BOX)
Brooklyn and Wilmington matched each other early on, zero for zero and run for run, but the Cyclones finally came up big in the fourth. With the bases loaded, Carson Benge drove in two runs with an RBI single and then two additional runs came home to score on a forceout and pickoff-turned-throwing-error. Joel Diaz continued shaking off the rust with five innings of one-run ball, lowering his season ERA below 4.00, while the bullpen after him held the Blue Rocks in check.

DUNEDIN 5, ST. LUCIE 4 (BOX)
A few late-inning runs sunk St. Lucie. The Dunedin Blue Jays plated two runs in the second, and while it took a while, the Mets eventually evened things with a run in the fourth and then another run in the seventh. Not even minutes after having tied things back up, Josh Blum allowed two more runs in the top of the eighth to give Dunedin the lead once more. Daiverson Gutierrez knotted things back up at 4-4 in the bottom of the inning with an RBI single that scored Jeremy Rodriguez from third and Kevin Villavicencio from first but Dunedin struck again in the top of the ninth, scoring a run to take a 5-4 lead. St. Lucie got the tying and winning runs on base, but weren’t able to cash in.
