The annual Tennessee-Georgia All-Star Softball Classic returned for its 27th year on Tuesday at Frost Stadium.
The game pits some of the best softball players in the Chattanooga area against one another, one-last time, in their high school uniforms.
The dominant pitchers took center stage in game one. A first inning run would be all either team could muster as Georgia claimed victory 1-0. Heritage’s Addie Edwards and Coahulla Creek’s Haley Curtis combined for a gem.
In game two, there was a bit more offense, but it ended up being the same result. Georgia would take game two 5-3 to sweep the doubleheader.Â
