The Terre Haute-based Rex got an RBI single by Felix Polanco in the top of the eighth inning to break a tie and Breyllin Suriel held the host Dubois County Bombers scoreless over the final three innings to preserve a 9-8 Prospect League baseball victory Tuesday night at League Stadium.
Polanco finished 3 for 5 with a double and four runs batted in, Wally Diaz hit a solo homer in the second inning, Gabe Wright went 4 for 4 with four runs scored and Delvis Claudio contributed a double and two RBIs.
