The Dominican Republic won in 2013. Witt played for Team USA in 2023, which made it to the championship game against Japan but ultimately fell 3-2. Witt joins New York Yankees star Aaron Judge and Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes on Team USA. The 2026 World Baseball Classic runs March 5-17. Team USA will face Brazil in its first match on March 6. This game will be played in Houston, Texas.
