Bedford 2, St. Michael 1: In Sidman, the Hurricanes produced a pair of runs in the top of the first inning, and pitcher Reece Musselman made the score stand against the Saints.
The left-hander threw a complete game, allowing four hits and no earned runs, while striking out five and walking two.
Justin Whysong totaled two hits and drove in a run for Bedford. Kole Clark singled and plated a run.
St. Michael scored once in the bottom of the seventh. Gage Ruddek recorded two hits and one run batted in.
