In this series opener, right-hander Logan Gilbert (2-2, 3.40) is scheduled to start for Seattle, with Will Warren (5-4, 5.02) going for the Yanks.
Warren is coming off a rough no-decision last Wednesday at Toronto, where the Blue Jays rocked him for seven first inning runs. The righty lasted four innings, yielding eight runs on 10 hits and four walks in Toronto’s 11-9 win.
