MANKATO — The Mankato MoonDogs mounted a furious ninth inning comeback with three runs in the ninth to beat the Minot Hot Tots 10-9 Thursday in a game in front of 1,400 fans at ISG Field.

Minot had six runs through the fourth inning to the MoonDogs three and kept on adding until they reached nine runs by the end of the seventh. The MoonDogs mounted a comeback  by the eighth with three more runs.

Nico Libed led the MoonDogs with three hits while Caleb Wulf had two. Adrian Beltre Jr. had two hits and three RBIs for the MoonDogs.

Aiden Norris was the winning pitcher for the MoonDogs and Kevin Rahe took the loss for the Hot Tots.
