The 2025 MLB All-Star Game has finally arrived, with the American League and National League facing off starting at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.

Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts will serve as manager of the NL team for the fourth time (holding an 0-3 record), while New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone makes his debut as manager of the AL team.

Headlining the bunch is Dodgers two-way star Shohei Ohtani, captaining the NL team amid another special season as both a hitter and a pitcher. Not only has he continued to crush it on offense — ranked top-three in the league with a .988 OPS, 32 home runs and 224 total bases — but he has also impressed in his limited innings as a pitcher. After suffering a torn UCL in August 2023, Ohtani made his return to the mound (and his debut pitching for the Dodgers) on June 16. He has since posted a 1.00 ERA over nine innings pitched.

New York Yankees bomber Aaron Judge will captain the AL team. Judge leads the league with a .355 batting average at the All-Star break while ranking second in the league with 35 homers, behind only Mariners slugger Cal Raleigh (38). Judge leads the league with a .462 OBP and 7.0 WAR.

Pirates star pitcher Paul Skenes, who has just four wins this season despite leading MLB with a 2.01 ERA, will start for the National League. Tigers pitcher Tarik Skubal starts for the American League, and he ranks top-five in pitching wins (10), ERA (2.23) and strikeouts (153).

The American League has won nine of the past 10 All-Star matchups.
