PADUCAH, KY — Former Murray State pitcher Isaac Silva signed his first professional contract with the Baltimore Orioles, as was reported on social media Wednesday afternoon.

Silva signs with the Orioles after going undrafted during the 2025 MLB Draft.

In his senior season with Murray State, Silva found himself playing a major role as a primary starter for the Racers on the road to the College World Series.

Silva started in 16 games for the Racers, finishing with a 9-3 record. His ERA of 4.84 was second among those who started games this past season, and was second on the team in strikeouts with 81.
