It was a busy weekend across multiple divisions as teams battled in league play. Here’s a look at some of the top matchups and standout performances from East-West, Northern, and South Central Division action:

East-West Division

Gresham 7, Clintonville 5 (Friday)
Gresham held off Clintonville in a tight contest, powered by a solid start from Paul Murphy, who pitched seven innings and struck out nine. Offensively, Luke Pecore, Jerzy Brocker, and Chase Quinney each had multiple hits to lead the way. Clintonville’s Jason Schnieder went 3-for-4 with a home run in the loss.

Leopolis 6, Crandon 3 (Saturday)
Leopolis rode the bat and arm of Andrew Kristof, who not only picked up the win but also went 3-for-5 at the plate. Dane Hodkiewicz added three hits, while Crandon’s Trent Palubicki finished 4-for-4 in the loss.

Gresham 16, Menominee 6 (Sunday, F/7)
Gresham erupted for 16 runs in a run-rule win over Menominee. Joe Ejnik led the offense with a 4-for-4 effort including two doubles, while Treyvon Granquist earned the win on the mound.

Neopit 13, Marion 7 (Sunday)
Walker Miller pitched and hit Neopit to a win, while Ray White and Tasia Grignon added extra-base hits. Marion’s Blake Weatherwax went 4-for-6 in the loss.

Clintonville 8, Shawano 0 (Sunday)
Jaden Doornink tossed six scoreless innings, and Turner Doornink blasted a three-run homer to pace Clintonville past Shawano. Zach Johnson also had two hits, including a double.

Little Falls 9, Caroline 1 (Sunday)
Little Falls controlled the game from start to finish, coasting to a 9-1 win. Stats were not available.

Tilleda 15, Crandon 4 (Game 1, Sunday)
Tilleda 6, Crandon 2 (Game 2, Sunday, F/7)
Tilleda swept a Sunday doubleheader behind strong outings from Jay and Joel Brei, and Zach Fehrman, who also pitched a gem in Game 2 with 11 strikeouts and no walks. Crandon’s Cole Shepard and Matthew Jahnke each had two hits and a double in the second game.

Leopolis 11, Tigerton 1 (Sunday, F/7)
Leopolis rolled past Tigerton in a five-inning run-rule game. No player stats were reported.

Birnamwood 5, Hatley 2 (Friday)
Birnamwood remained unbeaten with Logan Thiex picking up his fifth win. Chase Reinke led the offense with three hits and two doubles, while Hatley’s Kodie Kocher homered in the loss.

Elderon 9, Wittenberg 0 (Sunday)
Kaleb Schulist tossed a shutout and Isaac Williams homered as Elderon blanked Wittenberg. Bryce Zoromski and Ian Salvesen added doubles for Elderon.

WeyMont 6, New London 2 (Sunday, 12 innings)
In an extra-inning battle, WeyMont outlasted New London in 12 innings behind a complete-game performance from Luke Schwenn, who struck out 10. Brock Wilde led the offense with three hits and an RBI.

Scandinavia 11, Plover 9 (Sunday)
Scandinavia bounced back with an 11-9 win over Plover. Caleb Bembenek went 4-for-5 with three RBIs, and Braden Hunkins added a two-run homer. Kevin Jastromski went 3-for-5 for Plover in the loss.
