The lineups for tonight’s contest between the Atlanta Braves and the Miami Marlins are out and for the most part, the Braves are putting out a pretty familiar look when compared to last night’s lineup. The main difference is at third base, which we’ll get into below.
Here’s how the lineup is looking for Atlanta:
Nacho Alvarez Jr. finished last night’s game in the field, as Jonathan Ornelas got the start at the hot corner to begin the series opener against the Marlins. As such, Nacho will be starting tonight’s game at third. The rest of the lineup is the same, which means that Jurickson Profar is back in his “usual” spot in the leadoff role. Profar’s been having a pretty solid week, himself, as he’s picked up three hits (two of which were homers) and scored four runs so far this week. Hopefully we’ll see that continue as the Braves try to put something coherent out there on the field for the rest of the season.

Here’s the lineup for Miami:
Heirberto Hernández will be stepping in for Augstín Ramírez as their DH for the night. Also, Ramírez is moving to catcher to replace Liam Hicks. Troy Johnston is getting the start at first base after starting last night’s game in right and Dane Myers is coming in to play left field. There’s a lot of shuffling going on here but there are a lot of familiar faces (well, as familiar as this roster can get) in the lineup for tonight’s game.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:15 p.m. ET and can be seen on FanDuel Sports South/Southeast and on Gray TV as well — check your local listings for that one.
