The Texas Rangers have agreed with Dylan Moore to a minor-league deal, a person with direct knowledge confirmed to The Dallas Morning News.
Moore, 33, appeared in 88 games this season with Seattle before he was designated for assignment over the weekend. This season, he is batting .193 with nine homers, 19 RBIs and 12 steals.
The utility player was Seattle’s longest tenured Mariner, having been with the organization since 2019, prior to his release.
His versatility has been on display his entire MLB career. He has appeared in a game at every position on the field except for catcher.
