LSU baseball will face Indiana on Friday, Feb. 20, followed by Notre Dame the next day and UCF the day after at the Live Like Lou Jax College Baseball Classic, the tournament announced on Wednesday.

LSU’s matchup against Indiana will be at 1 p.m. It will face Notre Dame at 11 a.m. and UCF at 2 p.m.

“This year’s event is shaping up to be the best one yet,” Peak Events vice president Nathan Wooldridge said in a press release, “with four top teams, including the defending national champs.”

LSU’s trip to Jacksonville for the tournament follows its opening weekend series against Milwaukee at Alex Box Stadium. The Tigers’ return from their trip with matchups against Northeastern and Dartmouth back in Baton Rouge the following weekend.

LSU will host Sacramento State in the fourth and final weekend before the start of Southeastern Conference play.

In preparation for the upcoming year, the Tigers will begin their fall practice schedule on October 9. Those practices will continue until the weekend before Thanksgiving, as LSU will also compete in scrimmages against Samford in Biloxi, Mississippi on Nov. 2, and in Hammond against Southeastern Louisiana on Nov. 9.
