The much-anticipated Ontario Sports Empire stadium will be known as ONT Field, stadium officials announced Wednesday, Sept. 3.
Named after the Ontario Baseball Club’s partner, Ontario International Airport, the stadium now under construction near Riverside Drive and Vineyard Avenue will have capacity for 6,500 guests.
Previously, stadium officials announced the venue will feature aviation-themed concessions areas, retailers and club boxes.

The stadium is expected to welcome the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Single A-affiliate when it opens in April 2026.
In addition to baseball, the outdoor venue will host concerts, festivals, 5K races, movie nights, and other events, according to promoters.
The announcement Wednesday tees up the baseball club’s next reveal — the official team name and mascot are set to be announced at a community celebration beginning at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 18 in the Ontario Town Square at 224 N. Euclid Ave. The event will feature past Dodger players, a drone show and live music.
