Lee Jung-hoo of the San Francisco Giants is heading for the “beauty of the end.”
Lee Jung-hoo started as the seventh center fielder in a home game against the Colorado Rockies at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California on the 27th (Korea time) and scored three hits and one point in four at-bats. His batting average for the season rose to 0.264.
The team also won 6-3. 79 wins and 81 losses. Colorado went 43-117.

Lee Jung-hoo was on fire from his first at-bat. With one out and no runners, he hit a triple that hit the right fence directly against Colorado starter Hermann Marquez.
his 12th triple of the season. He tied Ichiro Suzuki’s record for the most triples in a season by an Asian player in 2005.
With two outs and runners on the first and third bases, Elliott Ramos hit a three-run home run over the left-center fence and homered together.
The hit streak continued after that. He created an opportunity by getting on base with a hit to the right in the sixth inning and a hit to the middle in the eighth inning. When he had a hit in the seventh inning, he sent a runner on the first base to the third base and ran to the second base taking advantage of the outfield throw to create an opportunity with two outs and runners on the second and third bases. Unfortunately, these two on-base hits became residual bases.

San Francisco quickly scored five runs with two home runs by Willy Adames in the first inning and Ramos in the second inning. Bryce Eldridge’s sacrifice fly added one more point in the fifth inning with one out and runners on first and third bases.
On the mound, starter Trevor McDonald’s good pitching shone. He became the winning pitcher with five hits, one homer, 10 strikeouts, and three runs in seven innings.
McDonald threw a pitch that relied heavily on two pitches, an average speed of 85.9 miles (58%) and a 92.6 mile sinker (34%) but was overwhelming enough. In particular, he induced 15 swings and misses only with curves.

Lee Jung-hoo also made a ridiculous mistake in the center field defense. After catching Hunter Goodman’s fly ball with one out and a runner on the first base in the top of the eighth inning, he mistook the out count and threw the ball into the stands thinking it was the end of the inning. The first baseman was given two bases.
A crisis of two outs and third base ensued in an instant, but pitcher Joel Peguero struck out the next batter, Blaine Cream, and prevented the damage.
San Francisco third baseman Matt Chapman added one more hit on the day, achieving 1,000 hits in the major leagues.
